Unit 510

Unit 510 is a big, beautiful studio in the landmark Old Rainier Brewery. It measures 25′ wide by 46′ long. If I can do math, that’s 1150 square feet of floor space. The ceiling is about 14′ high.

There are 2 lofts, separated by a staircase. Total combined floor space, including both lofts = 1506 square feet.

In this photo, you can glimpse bits of both lofts, on either side of the blue pillar.

Let’s take a little tour of the studio.

LIVING ROOM/OFFICE

The studio features a wooden dancefloor that’s 25′ wide by 22′ long. There’s a mirror wall, 18′ long, at one end of the dancefloor. The dancefloor is great for dance, yoga, exercise and any kind of movement art. It also provides really nice additional living space when not in use for movement arts.
